By tapping the head of the carriage bolt with a rubber hammer, the square part clamps into the wood. To mount M8 carriage bolts, drill a 9mm hole. The M8 carriage bolts can be smoothly passed through here. Pre-drilling is easy with our hardwood drill bits 9 mm.

Depending on the thickness of the door, you determine the length of the screws and bolts. Carriage bolts should protrude approximately 15mm around the washer and must be able to attach. With chipboard screws, it is important that they do not protrude from the other side of the door.
