Looking for supports with a CE mark? Then take a look at our joist hangers. A beautiful black finish in your construction? Then take a look at our black beam supports. Attach your beam support to an existing beam? Take a look at our beam supports without flange. Are you going to build a canopy, garden house or carport with a flat roof? Then choose our ready-made sets of EPDM foil.
Beam supports with flange
Beam supports with flange are made of galvanized steel, which makes the beam support very strong. The many screw holes in the beam support allow you to mount the beam support securely, making them suitable for heavy-duty structures. Wovar beam supports do not have a CE mark and have not been tested for their load-bearing capacity. If you want a beam support with CE mark, take a look at our beam supports. Because the beam support is much narrower than a joist hanger, you can place the beam close to a standing wall, this is not possible with trowel supports. Does a hidden wood joint seem more attractive to you? Then choose our new invisible beam supports.
Securing a beam support
The beam support with flange makes it possible to brick in the beam support when erecting a wall. Then use a plug to fix the beam support into the solid stone. In timber frame construction, it is not possible to fix the beam supports with a plug, use our galvanized chipboard screws instead. Do you want to attach the beam support to an existing construction? Then use our beam supports without flange.
