Tree Ring Corten Steel Flat 50 cm

Installing tree rings

The tree ring consists of two separate halves that you simply place around the tree. First position the halves around the trunk at the desired location. Then attach the parts together with the included connecting plate and bolts. Then you can carefully press the ring into the ground. A rubber mallet can help to get the ring all the way down.

The tree rings might not yet be completely rust-coloured when you receive them. This can take a few weeks or months. You can speed up this process with rust accelerator. This rust accelerator gives your new corten steel tree ring its signature colour within one day. You can find it between the corresponding products. Simply apply the rust accelerator with a sponge, and they will be completely oxidised in approximately 10 hours.
