Attaching Wind-up Anchors

This is also possible afterward, but it may be that you can hide the anchor in a less neat way. Use strong screws to mount a storm anchor. Then it is important to pre-drill to prevent your screws from getting stuck while screwing in. This is best done with our hardwood drill bits. 

How does a Storm Anchor Work?

This storm anchor has various mounting holes are available for mounting. These holes are 10 pieces of 4 mm and 5 pieces of 9 mm. The part with the corner can be fitted on top of the beam, after which you screw the part directly adjacent to the corner against the side of the beam. you then screw the part to the wall or post after the 90-degree bend, after which you have a very strong connection. If this is a stone wall, use nylon plugs to drive your screws into the wall. This creates a suitable mounting hole in which the screws can clamp themselves inside the rock. To do this, drill a hole using concrete drills of the same thickness as the plug. After mounting, you will enjoy greater construction strength, which means you are better protected against gusts of wind.
