Privacy-sensitive data, or personal data, is processed through our webshop. Wovar BV considers careful handling of personal data to be of utmost importance. Personal data is therefore carefully processed and secured by us.
In our processing, we adhere to the requirements mandated by privacy legislation. This means, among other things, that:

USE OF PERSONAL DATA
When using our web shop, we obtain certain information from you. This can be personal data. We only keep and use the personal data that is provided directly by you, in the context of the service you have requested, or of which it is clear that they are provided to us for processing.

You must first register for certain parts of our webshop. After registration, we save the personal data you have provided alongside the username you have chosen. We store this information internally so that you do not have to enter it every time and so that we can contact you in the context of the execution of the agreement.
We will not provide the data linked to your username to third parties, unless this is necessary in regard to the agreement that you accept with us, or if this is required by law. In case of suspicion, fraud or abuse of our webshop, we can hand over personal data to the competent authorities.
HANDLING YOUR ORDER
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to process it. If necessary for proper handling, we may also provide your personal data to third parties. You can read more about this throughout in this privacy statement.
In addition to the information on our website, we may also inform you about our new products and services:

CONTACT FORM AND NEWSLETTER
Via our web shop, we offer the possibility to ask questions by means of a contact form, where you are asked to fill in certain information to deal with your question. You choose which information you provide. The data that you send us will be kept for as as is deemed necessary according to the form or the content of your e-mail, in regards to the complete answering and processing thereof.
Furthermore, we offer a newsletter through which we wish to inform interested parties about our products and / or services. Every newsletter contains a link through which you may unsubscribe. Your email address will automatically be added to the list of subscribers.
If necessary for the service, we may collect location data (GPS) from you. Your permission will be requested for this at the time itself.
This (location) data can also be stored and processed by the provider of, for example, the navigation / map software, such as Google Maps. However, the data may also be used by Google or Apple itself, for example. We ourselves have no control over this. As such, we recommend that you read the relevant privacy statements of the respective provider.
The app providing the service has been downloaded from a third party app store. This means that we have no control over which personal data the provider processes, and to what end. We recommend that you read the relevant privacy statements of the respective provider.
We will not publicize your customer details under any circumstances.

DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES
We may pass on your data to our partners. These partners deliver tailored advertisements based on your personal data. These partners are involved in the implementation of the agreement. These partners may use your data for their own marketing purposes.

We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our webshop. We have entered into a processor agreement with Google to make agreements about the handling of our data. Furthermore, we allow Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services, and finally we anonymize the IP addresses.
We take security measures to limit misuse of and unauthorized access to personal data. In particular, we take the following measures:
- Access to personal data is protected with a username and password;
- We use secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) with which all information between you and our website is protected when you enter personal data;
- We keep logs of all requests for personal data.
The personal data described above is stored for as long as necessary to process your orders, including warranty. After that, we keep data for a maximum of one year for the statistical purposes described. The data will then be deleted, unless there is a legal obligation that requires longer storage (such as the seven-year fiscal retention obligation for payment data).

This privacy statement does not apply to websites of third parties that are connected to our webshop through links. We cannot guarantee that these third parties will handle your personal data in a reliable or secure manner akin to ours. We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy statement. It is recommended that you regularly consult this privacy statement so that you are aware of these changes.
INSPECTION AND CHANGES OF YOUR DATA
If you want to inspect the personal data that Wovar BV has recorded about you or if you want to change data because it is incorrect or incomplete, or if you want to have it removed or blocked, you may contact Wovar BV by e-mail via Jesse Keizer , through the email address below. Wovar BV will inform you within four weeks which of your personal data it processes, and whether it can or will comply with any request for removal, protection or improvement.
In order to prevent abuse, we may ask you to identify yourself adequately. When it comes to access to personal data linked to a cookie, you must send a copy of the cookie in question. You can find this in the settings of your browser. If the data is incorrect, you can request us to change the data or have it removed.

We are happy to help you resolve any complaints which you may have regarding the processing of your personal data. Under the privacy legislation, you also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority against the processing of personal data.
