Wood filler epoxy
Because this wood filler is already proportionally contained in a tube, it is very easy to use. In addition, its longer drying time keeps it modelling well and it will not stick to your modelling knife. At 20 degrees Celsius, this wood filler remains modelling for about 30 minutes before it starts to harden. Due to its high standing power, you can easily fill large and deep holes with this ready-to-use wood filler. For the same reason, this Rotten wood filler is also good for vertical surfaces.
Note:Please avoid skin and eye contact when using. Wear protective gloves and safety glasses. Ensure adequate ventilation.
Use Rotten wood filler
Remove the damaged wood with a router, paint scraper or chisel. When doing this, don't be afraid to take a bit of healthy wood with you too, this way you can be sure that the wood rot has been removed. Before filling the hole, make sure the surface material is free of dust and grease. If you are going to use this product on wood, it is important to let it dry thoroughly first. This will ensure that moisture and mould do not affect the wood again.
Before applying this 2-in-1 Rotten wood filler, it is important to mix it well to a beige paste. To do this, use one or more modelling knives and a mixing board, you can find these at the putty knives and paint scrapers.
While mixing, spread the paste thinly on the mixing board and then merge it together again. This way you can clearly see that the 2 components have been combined. In this case it is easy to use two modelling knives for this, so you can easily cut and mix the wood filler.
When the ready-to-use wood filler is well mixed, you can then apply it with the modelling knife. You do this by taking a generous scoop of the Rotten wood filler epoxy on the modelling knife and then applying it to the Surface material. After application, you can spread the paste over the area to be filled. It is wise to do this in several passes to ensure that the Surface area is well filled and all the air is out. Make sure the hole is overfilled, you can then scrape this off nicely with the modelling knife. Place it firmly on the wood and remove the excess Rotten wood filler from your window frame, door or other wood with a twisting motion.
The 90-degree angle of our modelling knives allows you to effortlessly apply the epoxy to the corners of your window frame. If you fill a 90-degree hole, you can scrape away Rotten wood filler on both sides of the wood until a neat corner remains. If you have a round corner, try using Wood as a guide. Still used a little too much? No problem! After curing, this wood filler is very sandable and you can finish it neatly with sandpaper.
