This screw for mounting Trespa® panels has a wide button head that provides an enormous clamping range. Color head screws are also popularly referred to as Trespa® screws or façade screws. The torx 20 impression ensures that your machine has extra grip while screwing in the screw. The TX20 bits are supplied free of charge with these black facade screws and greatly reduce the risk of damage. This allows you to mount facade panels securely. The head of these colored head screws is black (ral 9005). This is hardly noticeable if you install Trespa® panels or facade panels of the same color. The diameter of the head is approximately 12 mm. The entire screw is 50 mm long. The screws for mounting Trespa® plates are made of stainless steel A2 steel. This prevents the screws from oxidizing.

Pre-drill stainless steel screws for Trespa® panels

It is important that Trespa® sheets are pre-drilled. The first screw that ensures that the plate stays in the right place, pre-drill with a hardwood drill bit 5.0 mm. The remaining screws are pre-drilled with a hardwood drill bit 8.0 mm. This ensures that the plate can work. Are you using a hardwood substructure?
