Are you looking for screws for extremely tannic wood types? Wovar has special screws for oak, Garapa and more tannic hardwoods. These 4 x 50 mm screws for oak wood are supplied in boxes of 200 pieces and have a torx 20 drive. Do not forget to order matching bits.
The stainless steel screws for hardwoods such as Oak, Garapa, Azobe, Accoya, Kapur, Red Cedar and more have a special coating. This coating offers the screws against tannic acid and rust. The coating is self-healing, so you do not have to worry that it will be damaged when screwing in the screw. The countersunk head contains milling ribs. These ensure that the head sinks nicely into the wood. Pre-drilling is recommended and is easy with our hardwood drill bit 3 mm thick.
