Beige shade sails from Wovar are very popular because they fit well with modern gardens and patios. You can of course also use the fabric above ponds, children's playgrounds, plant beds and to offer animals a shaded place. This rectangular shade sail provides decent shade for a medium-sized patio and also blocks up to 95% of harmful UV radiation. The HDPE material is also mould-resistant and easy to clean. How to mount a shade sail?

All four corners of the shade sail should be mounted on a brick wall or wooden post/wall. For brick walls, we recommend our anchor bolts and for wooden surfaces, we recommend using eye plates. You need carabiners, turnbuckles, and possibly an iron chain. The carabiners are useful for attaching and dismantling the canvas, with the wire tensioners you can tension the canvas to the desired position, and with the iron chain, you can bridge longer distances between the canvas and the attachment point. Always take into account about 40 cm per point, so you can be sure that you have enough stainless steel chain. We recommend dismantling the fabric during extremely strong winds. You don't have to worry about normal wind speeds, because the fabric is permeable to the wind.

Maintenance

The HDPE fabric naturally repels dirt. It is of course possible that a stain appears on your shade sail, from bird droppings, for example. You can easily remove this with a soft brush and possibly some warm water. Hard scrubbing is not necessary and we do not recommend it.
