Sliding Door System Mounting

The system comes with all the necessary components, such as self-adjusting floor brackets, screws, and sturdy nylon wheels. While installation is manageable with the right tools and instructions, it requires some technical knowledge and precision to align the tracks properly and correctly adjust the soft-close mechanism. Installation Instructions for the Invisible Sliding Door System:

1. Mount the top track into the groove at the top of the door.
2. Check that the soft-close mechanisms operate evenly on both sides of the track, then tighten the soft-close screws.
3. Detach the wheel from the system to continue with the installation, and first mount the lower wheel body onto the door. Then, reattach the wheel section to the system.
4. Cut the bottom track to size (door width - 130 mm) and attach it to the bottom of the door.
5. First, remove the anti-jump block from the hanger, then attach the hanger to the wall.
6. Install the floor guide according to the instructions, making sure it is correctly positioned. Repeat if necessary for multiple guides.
7. Place the floor guide into the groove of the top track and hang the door panel onto the hanger. Ensure the hanger is centered on the track.
8. Adjust the height of the wheel using the screws so the door glides smoothly over the track. Then tighten the screws on the anti-jump blocks to prevent the door from jumping off the track.
9. Move the door to both sides to check if the actuator sits correctly between the soft-close fins and ensure the door hangs parallel to the wall. If not, loosen the mounting screws, adjust the door manually, and retighten the screws.
