Drill an 8.0 mm hole in the beam as well as in the concrete or stone wall. You drill through the wood completely, this is best done with an 8.0 mm hardwood drill. You pre-drill the wall with an 8.0 mm thick hammer drill. Make sure to pre-drill a hole in the wall of about 50 or 60 mm, depending on the thickness of the beam. Use the formula for fixing length - wood thickness + 1 cm.

Then hold the shelf in the right place and drive the hammer fixing through the hole in the wall. By driving in the screw, it will expand the fixing. This ensures that the hammer fixing is firmly fixed in the wall. Since the screw has a pz2 drive, it is easy to remove the screw afterwards.
